Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International customers may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, VAT, or clearance charges.
These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the receiver upon delivery.
Shipping Insurance
It is the sole responsibility of ADA BEAUTY to ensure that every customer receives their order. All orders that qualify for free express shipping are insured with a Signature on Delivery. Orders under standard shipping do not qualify for delivery insurance and can only be covered if the rule below applies.
In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund purchase value.
Address Validity
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
ADA BEAUTY is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If changes are required after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
While we will do our best to amend your details, updates cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
