Booking & Deposits
A full deposit is required to secure all appointments
Appointments are not confirmed until the full deposit has been received
Full deposits help us reserve dedicated time and prepare specifically for your service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To respect our time and other clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment for all wig installations and styling before your appointment will incur a 35% of your full deposit as a cancellation fee charged to your bank card
No-show appointments will attract a cancellation fee of 35% charged to the card on file
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking eligibility
Showroom Visitation for Luxury Wigs
To provide personalised care and dedicated time, all showroom visits for luxury wig consultations require a $30 consultation fee.
The consultation fee is fully credited toward your purchase if you choose to proceed with a wig on the same day
If you decide not to proceed, the fee covers the time, expertise, and personalised guidance provided during your consultation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will result in the $30 fee being forfeited
This policy allows us to maintain a private, professional showroom experience while ensuring each client receives focused, uninterrupted service.
Appointment Timing
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling
We do not rush our work, as quality and attention to detail are central to ADA BEAUTY standards

Appointment details and location will be provided via email or SMS once your deposit is confirmed
